Why the name Outlaw Wildflower?
Outlaw Wildflower was inspired by the balance between a free spirit and deep roots.
As a fifth-generation Floridian raised around the southern outdoor lifestyle, western style has always felt like home. The name reflects both sides of the brand—the "Outlaw" who walks her own path and the "Wildflower" who remains rooted in authenticity, beauty, and freedom.

Are your bags genuine leather?
Outlaw Wildflower prioritizes genuine leather goods and quality craftsmanship. Product descriptions will always clearly identify materials so you can shop with confidence.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our leather goods and accessories are handcrafted or artisan-made. Product details will always specify materials, craftsmanship, and country of origin when available.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces may return, while others are limited-run finds.

Will the turquoise jewelry look exactly like the photos?
Because genuine turquoise is a natural stone, each piece features its own unique color variations, matrix patterns, and characteristics. These natural differences are part of what makes every piece one of a kind.
Is your jewelry made with real turquoise?
Outlaw Wildflower carefully selects genuine turquoise and natural stone jewelry. Because natural turquoise varies in color, veining, and pattern, no two pieces are exactly alike.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
Many of our jewelry pieces feature genuine turquoise and sterling silver or .925 sterling silver components. Specific materials will always be listed within each product description.

Currently, Outlaw Wildflower ships within the United States only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Do customers pay return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
