Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

Outlaw Wildflower currently ships throughout the United States and Canada.

Additional international destinations may be added in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination and applicable shipping method. Canadian shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order.

Free Shipping

Orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Outlaw Wildflower is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

Outlaw Wildflower is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred if an order is returned or requires reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Orders

International shipping is currently available to Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed after shipment. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. Outlaw Wildflower is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other government authorities.
